The best article for us West Coasters is from the LA Times at:

Programming starts this evening with a Disney Concert. I'll bet the First Daughters are jazzed!

The swearing in ceremony starts at 8:30 Pacific Standard Time.

Instead of cutting and pasting the entire article, please just check it out. It has the schedules for all the major channels.

"Watch live coverage of the Inauguration

America is preparing for a big change. Tomorrow, we bid adieu to the Bush administration and welcome in Barack Obama.

Most of us will not be braving the Washington cold to attend the inauguration. That’s OK. You can catch it no matter where you are.

As you would expect, all of the major news outlets will cover the festivities. You’ll be able to watch the inauguration live on the Web.

Live coverage begins at 7 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on some sites. So, you’ll need to be up early if you want to catch it all. The coverage should last all day.

Here are just a few sites that are broadcasting the inauguration.

• Hulu is providing live coverage from Fox News. You can also watch the inauguration on-demand after the live coverage.

• CBS will have live coverage. Katie Couric is also hosting a Webcast Tuesday night. Viewers can submit questions.

• Joost will also stream CBS’s coverage on its Everything Obama page. You can also watch interviews and satire clips.

• C-SPAN visitors can select from four live feeds. In addition to the inauguration, you can watch the parade and inaugural balls.

• CNN is also broadcasting live. But, it has teamed up with Facebook. You can share your thoughts via Facebook as you watch the events.

• MSNBC is featuring clips of past inaugurations in addition to Obama’s.

• You can also watch via ABC News, the New York Times and the Associated Press’ Online Video Network."
